THE AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSOCIATION ARE AS FOLLOWS:

(a) To form the highest body of plastic production Association in Myanmar, including manufacturers, dealers, technicians, and interested persons in plastic industry.

(b) To organize, advice, and manage the persons involving in plastic production according to the economic policy and guide lines for the development of plastic production sectors by the Government.

(c) To participate in ASEAN Federation of Plastic Industries and venture together in production technique.

(d) To develop the qualified plastic materials production and to extend new markets within the country and abroad, and to increase import substitutes of plastic wares.

(e) To support for the development of the State by making relations with all Nations in the world.

(f) To solve the problems faced in the various sectors of plastic productions by the co-operation and co-ordination of the related Ministries, and Authorities.

(g) To assit the benefits of manufacturers of plastic industries and help, co-ordinate between members mutually.

(h) To carry on the activities of Association smoothly and conveniently, extend and form the Basic Level Associations at Townships, Districts, States and Divisions in the Union of Myanmar in accordance with the requirement.

(i) To control and set the standard and quality of plastic, machines and spare parts and make coordination with the Government and private firms to obtain the patent rights of plastic production.

Any person who aged is (18), and involved in Plastic Manufacturing activities or dealers or Individual expert, technician at Plastic Industry may apply to the membership of the Association if they come up to the following conditions.

(a) They must be the Myanmar citizens according to the Laws in force.

(b) They must be admitted that they are free from the party politics.

(c) Foreign Companies or their representatives having legal entity in Myanmar as FDI.

Application for membership shall be vetted in such manner as mentioned below:

(a) Condition for submission of application for individual person

Any individual citizen intending to become a member shall sign on the prescribed application form of the Association and shall be proposed by one member and seconded by another member. The Executive Committee shall decide whether the applicant should or should not be accepted as member. Such a decision shall be the final.

(b) Condition for submission of application for firm or company

Any firm or company carrying out the production of plastic materials shall fill up in the prescribed form of the Association. The Executive Committee shall decide whether the applicant should or should not be accepted. In case of necessity the Executive Committee shall remark how to carry out the matter.

A membership certificate prescribed by the Executive Committee and duly sealed and signed both by the Chairman and Secretary shall be issued to the person who is admitted as a member of the Association. The signature and photo of the member must be put on the certificate.

(က) ပလတ်စတစ်ကုန်ထုတ်လုပ်ငန်းနှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ ကုန်ထုတ်လုပ်သူများ၊ ရောင်းဝယ်ဖောက်ကား သူများ၊ ကျွမ်းကျင်ပညာရှင်များ၊ စိတ်ပါဝင်စားသူများ၊ ပါဝင်သည့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ အဆင့်အမြင့်ဆုံး ပလတ်စတစ် ကုန်ထုတ်အသင်းကြီးကို တည်ထောင်ဖွဲ့စည်းရန်။

(ခ) နိုင်ငံတော်အစိုးရက ချမှတ်ထားသော စီးပွားရေးမူဝါဒများ၊ လမ်းညွှန်ချက်များနှင့်အညီ ပလတ်စတစ် ကုန်ထုတ်လုပ်မှုကဏ္ဍ တိုးတက်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးစေရန်အတွက် ပလတ်စတစ်ကုန်ပစ္စည်းထုတ်လုပ်သူများကို စည်း ရုံးခြင်း၊ အကြံဉာဏ်များပေးခြင်း၊ စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုများပြုလုပ်ရန်။

(ဂ) Asean Federation of Plastic Industries(AFPI) အသင်းကြီးနှင့် နည်းပညာပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။

(ဃ) အရည်အသွေးမီ ပလတ်စတစ်ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများထုတ်လုပ်ရေးလုပ်ငန်း ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်စေရန်နှင့် ပြည်တွင်း ပြည်ပ ဈေးကွက်သစ်များကို တိုးချဲ့ရန်၊ သွင်းကုန်အစားထိုးပလတ်စတစ်ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများ ထုတ်လုပ်ရန်။

(င) နိုင်ငံတကာနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ပြီး တိုင်းပြည်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်အောင် အထောက်အကူပြုရန်။

(စ) ပလတ်စတစ်ကုန်ထုတ်လုပ်ငန်းကဏ္ဍအသီးသီးတွင် တွေ့ကြုံကြရသော အခက်အခဲပြဿနာများကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာဝန်ကြီးဌာနများ၊ ဒေသဆိုင်ရာအာဏာပိုင်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများနှင့် ညှိနှိုင်းဖြေရှင်းရန်။

(ဆ) ပလတ်စတစ်လုပ်ငန်းနှင့် ဆက်နွယ်ပတ်သက်နေသူ လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များ၏ အကျိုးစီးပွားကို ပံ့ပိုးကူညီပေး ရန်နှင့် အဖွဲ့ဝင်အချင်းချင်း အပြန်အလှန်ရိုင်းပင်းကူညီပေးရန်။

(ဇ) အသင်းကြီး၏ လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်တာများလွယ်ကူချောမွေ့စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရေးအတွက် ပြည်ထောင်စု မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်အတွင်း၌ ပြည်နယ်၊ တိုင်း၊ ခရိုင်၊ မြို့နယ်၊ အခြေခံအသင်းများကို လိုအပ်သလို တိုးချဲ့ဖွဲ့စည်းရန်။

(ဈ) ပလတ်စတစ်ကုန်ပစ္စည်းအရည်အသွေး စံချိန်စံညွှန်းများ၊ စက်ပစ္စည်း၊ အပိုပစ္စည်းအရည်အသွေး စံချိန်စံ ညွှန်းများ သတ်မှတ်ပေးခြင်း၊ ပလတ်စတစ်ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများ ထုတ်လုပ်မှုမူပိုင်အခွင့်အရေး ရရှိရန် သက် ဆိုင်ရာ အစိုးရဌာနများ၊ ပုဂ္ဂလိက အဖွဲ့အစည်းအသီးသီးနှင့် ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။

အသက် ၁၈ နှစ်ပြည့်ပြီး ပလတ်စတစ်ကုန်ထုတ်လုပ်ငန်း လုပ်ကိုင်နေသူ မည်သူမဆို၊ သို့မဟုတ် ပလတ်စတစ်ကုန်ပစ္စည်း ရောင်းဝယ်ဖောက်ကားရေးလုပ်ငန်းကို လုပ်ကိုင်နေသူ၊ သို့မဟုတ် ပလတ်စတစ် ဆိုင်ရာ ကျွမ်းကျင်သူ တတ်/သိပညာရှင်တို့သည် အောက်ပါသတ်မှတ်ချက်နှင့် ညီညွတ်ပါက ဤအသင်းကြီး ၏ အသင်းသားအဖြစ် ပါဝင်ခွင် ့လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။

(က) တည်ဆဲဥပဒေအရ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသားအဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်ခံထားရသူ။

(ခ) ပါတီနိုင်ငံရေးကင်းရှင်းကြောင်း ဝန်ခံနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။

(ဂ) လမ်းကြောင်းမှ ဝင်ရောက်သည့် နိုင်ငံခြားကုမ္ပဏီများ သို့မဟုတ် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်လွှဲအပ်ခြင်းခံရသူ။

ဤအသင်းသို့ အသင်းသားအဖြစ် ဝင်ခွင့်လျှောက်ထားသူများကို အောက်ဖော်ပြပါနည်းလမ်းအတိုင်း စိစစ် လက်ခံမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

(က) တစ်ဦးချင်း အသင်းဝင်ခွင့် လျှောက်လွှာတင်သွင်းရန် စည်းကမ်း။

အသင်းတွင်ပါဝင်လိုသူ နိုင်ငံသားတိုင်းသည် အသင်းကပြဋ္ဌာန်းထားသော လျှောက်လွှာပုံစံတွင် ဝန်ခံ လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုး၍ အသင်းသားတစ်ဦးအား အဆိုတင်သွင်းစေလျက် အခြားအသင်းသားတစ်ဦးက ထောက်ခံစေရမည်။ အမှုဆောင်အဖွဲ့က လက်ခံသင့်၊ လက်မခံသင့်ကို စိစစ်ဆုံးဖြတ်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။ ၄င်း ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်သည် အပြီးသတ်ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်ဖြစ်စေရမည်။

(ခ) အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ အသင်းဝင်ခွင့်လျှောက်လွှာ တင်သွင်းရန် စည်းကမ်း

ပလတ်စတစ်ကုန်ထုတ်လုပ်ငန်းလုပ်ကိုင်နေသောအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ သို့မဟုတ် ကုမ္ပဏီများသည် အသင်း ကပြဋ္ဌာန်းထားသော လျှောက်လွှာပုံစံတွင် ဖြည့်စွက်၍ လျှောက်ထားရမည်။ အမှုဆောင်အဖွဲ့က လက်ခံ သင့်၊ လက်မခံသင့်ကို စိစစ်ဆုံးဖြတ်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။ လိုအပ်ပါက အမှုဆောင်အဖွဲ့သည် မည်ကဲ့သို့ ဆောင်ရွက်စေလိုသည်ကို မှတ်ချက်ဖြင့် ဖော်ပြရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

အသင်းသို့ ဝင်ခွင့်ရသောသူအား အသင်း၏ဥက္ကဌနှင့် အတွင်းရေးမှူးတို့က လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုး၍ အသင်းတံဆိပ် ရိုက်နှိပ်ထားသော အမှုဆောင်အဖွဲ့က ပြဋ္ဌာန်းထားသည့် အသင်းသားလက်မှတ်တစ်စောင်ကို ထုတ်ပေးရမည်။ ၄င်းအသင်းသားလက်မှတ်တွင် သက်ဆိုင်ရာအသင်းသား၏ ထိုးမြဲလက်မှတ်နှင့် ဓာတ်ပုံပါရှိစေရမည်။
